Site Prep
Site Preparation & Grading Contractors in Maryland
Good grading is invisible — until it isn't. We shape the land to move water where you want it and prepare clean, compacted pads for whatever comes next. Homeowners and builders across Maryland and the Baltimore area call us for site preparation before concrete, additions, sheds, and hot tubs, and for regrading that finally puts an end to a wet yard.

Common Questions
Good answers, plainly stated.
Don't see your question? Call us at (301) 259-1480 — we're happy to talk it through.
Can you regrade just one problem area?+
Yes. Targeted regrading around downspouts, low spots, or foundations is one of our most common requests.
Do you provide site prep labor for builders and other trades?+
We do. We handle the excavation, grading, and compaction ahead of concrete, structures, and other trades, and coordinate our schedule with the crews that follow us.
Do you work in the Baltimore area?+
Yes. We are based in Laurel and serve Baltimore County along with Prince George's, Howard, Anne Arundel, Charles, and Calvert counties.
What happens to the excess soil?+
Where the site allows we balance cut and fill on site. When there is surplus material, we discuss haul-away with you as part of the estimate.
