Common Questions

Good answers, plainly stated.

Don't see your question? Call us at (301) 259-1480 — we're happy to talk it through.

Do you handle the electrical?+

Electrical is performed by a licensed electrical subcontractor. We coordinate the schedule so it's seamless for you.

How thick does the pad need to be?+

It depends on the tub's filled weight. We'll spec the pad to the manufacturer's requirements.

Where in Maryland do you install hot tub pads?+

We work throughout Maryland from our home base in Laurel, including Prince George's, Howard, Anne Arundel, Charles, Baltimore, and Calvert counties.

Can the pad go on my existing patio or deck?+

Sometimes. We'll check the existing slab or framing during the estimate and tell you honestly whether it can carry the filled weight or whether a new pad is the safer option.

How far ahead of delivery should the pad be poured?+

Plan on scheduling the pad well before your delivery date so the concrete has time to cure. We'll work backward from your delivery window when we set the schedule.
